LFW STREET STYLE

LFW. What a wonderful, fashionable,, amazing, colorful week it was. As we move on to Milan Fashion week on the next posts, here is a little treat from the London street style. I love how the bright colors were a must, and all the great details. I love the Prada clutch! I really want one! They have them in so many colors and different drawings, they are sooooo cute. The 3rd picture is of, once again, Miroslava Duma, and that skirt and necklace are to die for. There are a few bloggers that were spotted by these streetstyle phtographers, in the 4th picture (on the left) there is Andy Torres from The Style Scrapbook and in the 6th you can see Chiara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad along with her boyfriend. In the last picture we can see Kate Bosworth with her husband in a super messy bun and a gorgeous sweater. Hope you liked this pictures and MFW later this week :)

SNAKE PRINT. Here is this tuesday's outfit. I haven't posted one in so long! I'm so sorry but with all the Fashion Weeks and Award Ceremonies I feel the need to share that as well, which leaves less time for outfit pictures. This outfit is seems very light, simple and fresh. I love how the white shirt just goes perfectly with the jeggings. I love the pattern on them, which I actually just got last week. My booties you have seen already in another post called "Spiked" (if you have check that out, it's one of my favorites!). I have so many outfits to come so don't miss it. Hope you liked this one :)

LFW. Last week took place the London Fashion Week. Here are my favorite looks from some of the shows. My favorites would have to be Burberry Prorsum, Moschino Cheap & Chic, Temperley London and Topshop Unique. I would totally wear most of those looks. I love how Moschino really used the black, white and pink colors together, loved it. I must admit that my favorite piece from all these looks is the skirt in the first look of the Temperley London selection. That skirt is just perfect! Vivienne Westwood is crazy as always and I really like the big coat in the 3rd look. Also really like the Matthew Williamson collection, super colorful and fun. Hope you liked my choices from the LFW. There is still Milan and Paris fashion week to come so don't miss it!

NYFW STREETSTYLE

NYFW. As this week's theme is all about NYFW (with all the posts on the shows, Part I, Part II) I thought it was only fair that I showed some streetstyle pictures from it as well. Most of my pictures are from the sources written right at the bottom of this post, mostly from two blogs that I love (Collage Vintage and Song of Style) and the Vogue.com streetstyle articles. I just love streetstyle photography. Now, about the photos... props to these girls that were able to still be stylish during the terrible snow storm that went on during fashion week. I love how the big coats, furry hats and beannies were all gathered for this event. Bold colors during winter just make me really happy! Once again, we can see a lot of pictures of Miroslava Duma, because as I said in a previous post, she is a "one to watch" kind of girl during these events. You might not notice this at first, but in the 6th picture there is Olivia Palermo (one of my all-time favorite style inspirations) and she is wearing a huge furry hat, that I love btw, and I think it looks so adorable! Hope you liked these pictures and tomorrow I will start posting about another fashion week, can you guess which? Don't miss it!

WISHLIST #3

Here is this week's wishlist. It turned out to be mostly on the black and white side, except for that one blue shirt.Yesteryday I was in downtown Lisbon, went into the biggest H&M we have here and bought some things, so I will show those in a next goodies post (next Friday). The long black dress is probably going to be my choice for this year's gala at my university. I love it! So simple and  chic. I think the little gold belt gives it that extra spark so it doesn't look too boring. I love the Zara heels, thinking about getting them, and they are not that expensive, so, super excited for those! The M.A.C. "Rebel" lipstick is something I've been thinking about a lot lately, wether I should or shouldn't get it, because it's such a strong color that I probably won't get that much use out of it. Anyway, hope you like these little things and tell me if you think I should buy the lipstick or not :)

As promised here are the rest of the shows from the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week that took place last week. As you can see I divided the shows into two posts due to the fact that there were so many of them! So, in the first one the range goes from A to J and the second from J to Z. These are my favorite looks from these shows. I have to say, my favorite "more-on-the-casual-side" collections were Rachel Zoe, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger (which was a surprise for me). As for gowns, it was of course J. Mendel, Marchesa, Monique Lhuiller and the very first Michael Kors dress! My total favorite! Hope you liked my choices from NYFW and next week, there are more shows to come!
