PURPLE RAIN

Top: Zara TRF  |  Pants: Zara  |  Bag: H&M  |  Shoes: Zara TRF  |  Earings: Aldo
This outfit is very dear to me because it's the first time that I got to wear these beautiful shoes from Zara that I got a few weeks ago. They aren't the most comfortable shoes in the world, but they are so pretty! I wish I could stand the pain so I could wear them more regularly. They make the look very polished and clean, I think. This top has been with me for a very long time (about three years may be) but I always find a new way to make it trendy. Do you have that one piece that has stayed with you forever? Let me know!

Partilhem comigo!

THE LITTLE DICTIONARY OF FASHION

Book: Victoria & Albert Museum  |  Nails: OPI Tickle My French-y
A few months ago, a friend of mine went to London and brought me this amazing gift, a book that has all the definitions of everything that has to do with fashion. From A to Z it describes all the main fashion items, accessories, the key to good dressing (as you can see in the third picture) and I love their description of it.  The pictures in it, I guess, are from the original Christian Dior designs, I love it! She got it at the Victoria and Albert Museum, which is the world's greatest museum of art and design. I'm planning a trip  to London with another friend during summer, so hopefully I'll go to this museum and feel inspired! Hope you liked this post and feel free to share your thoughts with me.

Ela comprou-o no Victoria and Albert Museum, o maior museu de arte e design do mundo. Estou a planear uma viagem para o verão com outra amiga minha, e espero visitar este museu quando lá estiver. Espero que tenham gostado do post e sintam-se à vontade para partilhar o que pensam.

WISHLIST #6

Loving these super bright colors and super fun patterns. Just a very small post for you today, but more things to come. Don't miss a thing!

Estou a adorar estas cores vivas e estes padrões tão divertidos.

THE BOW DRESS

Photography by: Sofia P.  |  Dress: Zara  |  Clutch: Parfois  |  Earings: H&M  |  Shoes: Zara  |  Nails: Sephora
Finally a new outfit! It's been such a stressful couple of weeks with all these projects and papers for uni that I barely had the time. I've had this dress for a pretty long time and I will always love it, because of THAT bow! How cute is it? I'm a huge black fan as you can tell from most of my outfits, and this one is no exception. The LBD (little black dress) with these wedges and these almost pastel earings I think were a great combo. I got these earings at H&M in Sweden last summer (what a great place to visit btw). The shoes, it's my second time wearing them but I got them when it was already Autumn so maybe now I'll get more use out of them. If you want to see more pictures from this outfit just click on the link below that says "click to see more pictures". Hope you liked this outfit and more great things to come from Guess What!

ARE YOU FOLLOWING ME ON BLOGLOVIN'?

Lately we've been hearing a lot about bloglovin'. This is a website/app where you can follow your favorite blogs so you can always be updated to every new post that comes up. I've known it for a while now but since a notification came out that Google Reader would no longer allow you to follow blogs, everyone started using this way instead. If you hadn't heard about it before, now you know what it is and it's super easy. To follow me all you have to do is click on the link that says "Follow this blog with bloglovin'" (or HERE) right below the banner that says "Follow Me On". It would make me so happy if you did. I will start writing (or try to) in two languages, both English and Portuguese, which is my first language. I always thought I should but was a little to lazy to do it. Anyway, hope you liked this post and DONT FORGET TO FOLLOW ME ON BLOGLOVIN' AND BLOGGER! Toodles!

Basta clicar no link "Follow this blog with bloglovin'" (ou AQUI) logo por baixo da faixa que diz "Follow Me On".

SPRING NAILS

SPRING IS UPON US. To celebrate the new season (that, at least in Portugal, is definately here to stay) I've decided to do a little spring nailpolish favorites of mine and that are going to make you happy just to look at your own nails ahah. I'm a very colorful kinda girl. I love everything that stands out and, of course, my nails are no exception. I do bite my nails so wheneber they look good it makes me feel like I shouldn't and inspires me to make them super pretty. The tones that I usually go for in spring/summer are all different types of vibrant reds and pinks, pastel blues and purples, and anything with shimmer in it.
I just did my nails today so maybe I'm a little to excited and inspired but I thought it would be a great thing to share with all of you. Most of these nailpolishes I just got in the past 2 weeks because Sephora has a great deal going on right now, where they lackers are only 1,90€ instead of 5,50€ so I got about... 13! Upps! As I said... a little to excited about nailpolish ahah. If you click on the link below you can see all of their names (from left to right) and brands. Hope you liked my spring nail choices and share with me some of your favorite colors.

MINTY

Pictures by Sofia P.
BEAUTIFUL BELÉM. Here is this week's only outfit. I say "only" because it will only be possible to take  more pictures on friday, so only next week they'll be available. Anyway, I took this pictures in Belém, a historic place here in Lisbon. Its beautiful and I love it! Perfect for a sunny weekend afternoon. Now about my outfit, I got this dress last year and I do have one problem with this dress: it has an opne back so it's very hard for it to stay in place (which really annoys me, I hate feeling uncomfortable) so that's why I only wear it with a jacket on top... and this turned out! My necklace, I've showed it to you in a previous goodies post and I love it, it's gonna be perfect for spring/summer and I'm sure I'll get a lot use out of it. Hope you liked my outfit and share yout thoughts with me!

GOODIES

NEW STUFF. Here are my latest shopping items. As you can see a lot on the B&W side, once again, but what can I say, it's such an easy combination! My first piece is this really cool gold chain that I got at H&M for a bargain. It's really pretty and I love it! Also from H&M, and this one I was super excited for it, is the New Icons Collection black bag. It has a sudden "Coachella" feel to it (since everyone seems to be talking about this festival) and it's super cute and will go perfectly with almost anything. I got the yellow dress (that you might have seen from my latest wishlist, if not here it is) and I'm not 100% sure but I think it's from the Conscious Collection, at least it was right were the collection was at the store so maybe, I don't know. I think it will be great for spring along with the gray top and B&W shorts from Zara. These earings, I had ones on my wishlist very similar to these but since I couldn't find those I decided to take these ones home with me. If you want to knwo where I got all of the things, head on down right to the very bottom of this post. I hope you enjoyed my latest purchases and let me know which ones are your faves!

SNOW FLAKES

Knit Shirt: Zara  |  Pants: Zara

Here I am, once again., with an outfit from my trip to Andorra. I really enjoyed my time there with my family, it was so much fun and the snow was amazing. For this particular outfit, I decided to go with a dark green braided knit shirt. I thought it was the perfect time for me to show it to you guys due to all this beautiful background (isn't it gorgeous btw?). I paired the shirt with some new leather pants that I got from Zara and some booties. I like being comfy after a long day of skiing so this was a great choice for me. Hope you liked my outfit and this amazing view. Next week, more outfits to come!

BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE

Shirt: H&M  |  Pants: Tally Weilj  |  Boots: Topshop

Two weeks ago I was in Andorra (Soldeu), with my family for a fun ski trip. We usually go skiing every year so it's become kind of a tradition. I love it and it's good to get out of the regular routine once in a while. While I was there, my brother, shot these pictures for me and also another outfit. But now, about this one. As you can see I'm wearing these lovely jeans that I got at Tally Weijl for sooo little! I thought this Aztec print would look really good with a black shirt and some booties. I know you're getting soo tired of seeing me with these Topshop booties but I can't help it! They go perfectly with everything! Ahah. I'm really sorry for the awarkdness in my face but I had a sun burn all over my nose and cheeks so it was getting really hard for me to smile. Anyway, I hop you enjoyed this look and another one from Andorra is still on the way!

INSPIRATION: OFF THE SHOULDER JACKET

INSPIRATION MONDAYS. So we're back to a new week and for this one I bring to you, off the shoulder jackets. I've seen this trend a lot in the blogs that I visit regularly. It's super chic and casual at the same time. I love how this orange jacket in the first picture makes the outfit a whole lot more sophisticated and how in the second picture it can give a very easy going outfit, an eddy look to it. I will definately try to do an outfit post using a jacket just like this. Tomorrow there's a new outfit coming, and it's from a special place, stay tuned!

WISHLIST #5

CURRENTLY WISHING... Here is my latest wishlist. I haven't posted in such a long time, I'm so sorry, but it's been a busy week. I've been loving yellow for (still wainting for it to come) spring and this yellow dress from the H&M Conscious Collection really suits this season. As for the sunglasses, I don't know what gotten into me but I've just been obssesed, and I was never a shades person but these ones from Zara are just too cute to resist. The clutch is of course my favorite from the entire list, it is soooooooo GORGEOUS! Love the color, shape, texture... everything! And these shoes, aren't they amazing? I'm getting a little too excited ahah. I guess you'll just have to wait until next week to see some of my most recent purchases. Hope you liked this wishlist :)

DOWNTOWN PART II

Pictures by Sofia P.
LOVELY STREETS. Oh, how much I love downtown Lisbon. I could just live there, If you're ever in Portugal, this is one of the must-see places. So as I said in my previous outfit post here are the rest of the pictures from this super fun shopping day. Here you can see me wearing a jacket, because it wasn't the warmest day as you can probably tell. This is a super versatile jacket. It's black (and you can't go wrong wearing black) and it accentuates the waste which can be really flattering, depends on you body type though. I was a little shy when taking this pictures because a lot of please were walking by and in most pictures I was making the funniest face, but I just kept thinking "act like a tourist and you're fine" ahah. Hope you liked this second part and keep updated!

INSPIRATION: BRIGHT PINK LIPSTICK

BRIGHT SIDE. I chose this inspiration for this week because I've been in a colorful lipstick mood lately. As you might already know I have a very bright pink lipstick from YSL, that I've showed you in one of my very first posts about my favorite lipsticks (see it here). This make-up combo is one of my all-time favorites and my go-to look for going out, most times. I will either go with this hot pink color, a purple toned lipstick, or a bright red. In my opinion the best way to pair a bright lip is with a simple winged eyeliner, it's a match made in heaven. Cara Delevigne, Megan Fox and Freida Pinto show this combination perfectly. It also works with a simple eye, just with some "exagerated" mascara and you're good to go. I hope you liked this inspiration and let me know some of your go-to make-up choices :)
